Amazing things happen in nature that few people see. Here it looks as though a giant spotlight is creating light from the east although the light is from the west at sunset. I created a panoramic image of this scene for a better balance and to include most of the light rays. Above ten thousand feet in the White Cloud Mountains of central Idaho the light graces the clouds and reflects on the landscape. In the art of landscape photography, one spends a lifetime working on capturing special moments in time like this.
