Ed Gage captures color and form with a camera, then distills the image until the artwork evokes a sense of visual discovery. 'It's all about revealing the essence of the subject, simplifying emotion into an artwork that shares that feeling with others,' Gage says.
An award-winning photojournalist from Louisiana, Ed Gage also worked nine years as a graphic artist and commercial designer in the North Jersey / New York Metro market. He now lives with his wife in central Ohio and explores for images with his West Highland terrier Jack.
